I recently purchased and moved into a new home. I had Leon and Patrick come out to replace my 38 old downlights with new LED lights and install two ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The whole process from start to finish was easy. The initial quote was free (and included a safety check of the switchboard). Leon listened to what I wanted and was not rushed. The electricians turned up when they said they would, finished the job, cleaned up and took away all the mess. They showed me how to remove and replace the lights for painting the ceiling (without snapping my fingers!) I was kept in the loop the entire time. I would not hesitate to recommend Byrd Electrical.

Leon at Byrd electrical was a top bloke. I received an honest quote up front, he did a great job, and gave me an honest perspective on other works I might need to consider in the future without being pushy at all. Cleaned up after himself and was available when I had queries after the job was finished. The office team also do great with getting back to you in a timely manner. Ill be using these guys again.

Great service - prompt and professional

I highly recommend Byrd Electrical. We needed to replace a wired-in electric oven with a plug-in oven. Byrd Electrical responded promptly and Leon arrived at the appointed time. After inspecting, he advised that regulations now require the dedicated oven circuit to be RCD (safety switch) protected, which he quoted and installed. Leon was very tidy with his workmanship, including vacuuming and wiping the area after he finished. (He even gave me free advice on how I might alter the cabinetry because the new oven wasn't exactly the same size!)

Very helpful service, did thorough diagnosis and got to the bottom of the issue quickly. Other electrician wanted to do a lot of work which seemed unnecessary. Following the checks these works were avoided. Would thoroughly recommend.
