Absolute 5 stars all around. The team were professional and clear throughout the whole process. They did the jobs I requested to a high standard and left the property clean and ready for me when they had finished. The work they did for me last year has held up very well and they will be the first people I call when I have more electrical work to complete. 10/10 you can’t go wrong.

A task well completed. The work was estimated to be 2 hours and the work was completed in this time. The job site was left clean and tidy. Good communication from the workman with all steps they took.

First time user and had a really positive experience with the Byrd team after I needed a number of different electrical jobs done around the house. Communication was great with regular contact from the office on arrival times of the technicians. Shout out to Boyd who was great providing the initial quote (and identifying some other issues we were not aware of) and Leon and Patrick for completing all the work efficiently, explaining everything clearly and leaving the place spotless. Certificate of safety followed immediately. Would highly recommend and will use without hesitation for any future work.

Great company to work with. Very impressed with their service. Called them yesterday to assist with a very annoying smoke detector that kept alarming incorrectly - they came out today, replaced those very quickly, pointed out that our 30yo electrical system was non-compliant; provided us with a quote to make it compliant, got our approval and did the work there and then! Prompt communication with us, very friendly sparky (Mark), explained things very clearly and in layman’s terms, gave us options and detailed everything before we made any decisions. And cleaned up as he went. Couldn’t ask for more really. Would definitely recommend - they are now stored in our contacts as our go to electrical people.

As a repeat customer, Byrd were just as efficient, friendly, professional and very importantly "punctual" as the first time we used them, nothing was too much for them, well done Leon and team.

We needed quite a few items doing and Byrd Electrical were fantastic. I first contacted Byrd Electrical about an exhaust fan-related job that ultimately couldn’t go ahead for valid logistical reasons. Even so, Mark took the time to properly assess it and provide alternate options with me, and I found the level of effort and honesty refreshing.

When I later needed a 32A outlet installed for EV charging, I went straight back to Byrd Electrical. The job was scoped upfront, pricing was clear, booking process seamless and they turned up on time and just got it done. The finish is neat and thought through - it is evident that Mark and the business take pride in their work.

The whole process was straightforward, transparent and frictionless, which I highly value. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use them again.
