Byrd Electrical recently completed a luxury apartment electrical fit-out project at Level 12, 99 Spring St, Melbourne, fusing two apartments into one sophisticated, high-end living space enhanced with advanced electrical solutions.

What Work Was Completed

Our team implemented a range of electrical installations to elevate the functionality and aesthetics of the newly merged apartment. A comprehensive CBUS automation system was installed to control all lighting elements, including pre-programmed art and entertainment scenes, ensuring that walkway areas and artworks were beautifully illuminated.

We integrated a high-end security system that provided seamless protection while maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the space. Custom LED strip lighting was added within curved bulkheads to accentuate architectural features, enhancing the apartment’s design.

In the dining area, bespoke pendant lights were installed above the dining table, serving as both functional lighting and statement design elements. The kitchen was fitted with inbuilt appliances, including an induction cooktop seamlessly integrated into the island bench for a sleek, modern look.

We also installed an indoor herb garden with an automated irrigation system, allowing residents to conveniently grow fresh herbs. Wall-hung TVs were mounted throughout the apartment, with all AV cabling concealed to create a clutter-free environment.

A custom-built study area featured under-shelf lighting, providing practical illumination while creating a cozy, inviting workspace. Automated electric blinds were also installed, giving residents precise control over natural light and privacy throughout the day.
