I recently purchased and moved into a new home. I had Leon and Patrick come out to replace my 38 old downlights with new LED lights and install two ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The whole process from start to finish was easy. The initial quote was free (and included a safety check of the switchboard). Leon listened to what I wanted and was not rushed. The electricians turned up when they said they would, finished the job, cleaned up and took away all the mess. They showed me how to remove and replace the lights for painting the ceiling (without snapping my fingers!) I was kept in the loop the entire time. I would not hesitate to recommend Byrd Electrical.

Leon at Byrd electrical was a top bloke. I received an honest quote up front, he did a great job, and gave me an honest perspective on other works I might need to consider in the future without being pushy at all. I highly recommend Byrd Electrical. We needed to replace a wired-in electric oven with a plug-in oven. Byrd Electrical responded promptly and Leon arrived at the appointed time. After inspecting, he advised that regulations now require the dedicated oven circuit to be RCD (safety switch) protected, which he quoted and installed. Leon was very tidy with his workmanship, including vacuuming and wiping the area after he finished. (He even gave me free advice on how I might alter the cabinetry because the new oven wasn't exactly the same size!)

Had a ceiling fan with light /and remote installed. Ben came out to quote job. He was on time which is always a good start ! Quoted the job and then installed fan . All done in approx 90 mins . We had Ben and Byrd Electrical back again this week for some additional work inside and outside after a great experience last year. Not sure how you improve on such brilliant customer service but Ben did!The quote on work was detailed and easy to understand and the video walkthrough with pictures and explanations was outstanding. The quality or the work was again top class and going the extra step to tuck away some cabling into a post was great. Can't recommend highly enough.(2023)Just outstanding service from Byrd Electrical and particularly Ben who carried out the work.Got a call back within 5min of submitting an online query and booked in the following morning for a quote.Ben was very professional and friendly and explained everything clearly.
